At Elite Green Carpet Cleaning, we use professional low-moisture and dry carpet cleaning methods, industry-approved equipment, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions designed to safely clean and improve the appearance of carpets, rugs, and upholstery.

By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Some stains, spots, discoloration, traffic lane wear, pet damage, filtration lines, permanent staining, or pre-existing conditions may not be fully removable.
• Certain stains or odors may reappear due to contamination originating from the carpet backing, pad, subfloor, furniture, pet urine deposits, previous cleanings, or other underlying conditions.
• Carpet fibers, rugs, or upholstery with prior wear, weakened fibers, sun fading, oxidation, chemical damage, bleach damage, pet damage, or previous improper cleaning may experience texture or appearance changes after cleaning due to the condition of the material itself.
• Elite Green Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose seams, carpet delamination, backing separation, shrinkage, manufacturing defects, latent defects, or issues caused by previous installations or prior cleanings.
• Dry times may vary depending on humidity, airflow, carpet type, and environmental conditions.
• Customer agrees to point out all concerns prior to cleaning so they can be documented before service begins.
• While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, results cannot be guaranteed on heavily soiled, damaged, or permanently stained materials.
• Payment is due upon completion of services rendered.
• No cash refunds. If a service-related concern is reported within 10 days of cleaning, Elite Green Carpet Cleaning may, at its discretion, return to address the specific area of concern.

Elite Green Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if materials are deemed unstable or unsuitable for cleaning.
